Hose.

I am 36 years old and whilst I do not pretend to have limitless skills or experience, I do rather think that watering plants is within my grasp. However, my Dad felt he had to supervise me between tomatoes in the greenhouse and the plants all around the house. We seemed to reach the end of the task without disaster and I will add sone rather nice pictures soon. I took in beans, tomatoes and innumerable varieties of flowers. I am rewarding myself with a glass of wine and a quick gander at a rather good war obituary in the Daily Telegraph.

It has certainly been a day of variety thus far.

PS: I seem to have abandoned any sense of neat dress as my shirt is a bit untucked. I will see to this.

My folks have beans, lettuce, tomatoes and plans afoot for some spuds too. They have an abundant pear tree and an apple tree too.

Oh, and some bay trees and lavendar and rosemary, I think.

I agree that Dad should supervise you at all times, even concerning the simplest of tasks, given your poor track record regarding car tax.

The prodigal no 1 son.

Luckily there was no call for taking a wee (in public) during this task, so the prospect of police intervention was not in the mix.

Hope to see you near the greenhouse soon, my dear brother!

Ha! Dad's... they ask for help then stand there the whole time! That which could have taken only one person to do! eek! I still love mine though.
