BS5 in Mega-Widescreen.

This morning in an aside in emails exchanged, my friend Bag told me about a piece of free software called Autostitch. It is quite smart and what you can do is take a load of pics each one moving on a little from the next so that the edge of one overlaps with the next, and then autostich edits them together working out the best overlays and editing accordingly. After a couple of early rubbish attempts and some tips from Bag (overlap more than you think you should and photograph in portrait) I came up with these. My street is not that bendy otherwise Daphne's house opposite mine would explode right into the lounge.

If you want to try this for Windows PC you can download it here

Quite smart and if I can do it, believe me, so can you. And your dog or cat.

I need to find a massive building to snap away at or some long kind of space ship.

Wow that is brilliant! I can't wait to have time to play on that photo thingy! The fish eye street is fab.You made me laugh about the explosion into the lounge bit!!
The dyson is looking rather sheepish in the corner there too!

PS. Maybe it was Small Sprog and me at the docks!!

Weyheeeey! How nice to 'see' you! Are you home or writing from your hols!

Missed you and your fine take on things!

How are you?

That's nifty!

Hey Sub, I kinda guessed you were miserable from the post at your place. Hugs and all that!

I shouldn't be moaning though, how's things with you? Jobwise etc.

Hi,

Well, you know how it is - trawling through a stack of job apps to find the odd really peachy role. I have a promising application with Specsavers to be their A.Mgr for the south (80 stores). Could do it and would love it but the main guy is on hols for ages! Apps in with Boots, Sainsbury's and some others too.

Sub,

Mike (my Dyson) is not looking sheepish in that pic', he is in fact hiding round the corner from Clarke and Smith (the hedgehog) as they were all playing hide and seek at the time; Smith was sat with his nose to the front door counting to 30 and Clarke had hidden under my coat that you can see on the chair at the foot of the table.

Smith can acctually count to 30? That's impressive for a hedgehog ;)

He has 137 spikey bits; that's his count limit.

Can't he count his toes too? That would make about 157 altogether?!!

Hey, no post tonight? I've done 2.
