Bold breakfast moves.

More culinary drama! I am making bubble and squeak for breakfast! Top stuff and it will probably cancel out the benefit of the morning run and 'the plank'.

And then it's a load of ironing.

Where has it all gone Pete Tong?

B&S for breakfast? And kippers for tea, no doubt!

Well, as it happens it's going to be bangers and mash this evening! A school pal of 25 years' standing is dropping over for dinner. 25 years, 9 months and 2 days in fact!

You're smart, funny, you cook and iron and you aren't married yet?

I don't get it.

PS - if the run and the breakfast cancel each other out, then you are right back where you started with enjoyable moments added to it, so that puts you ahead.

Hey that's a nice way of looking at it! :)

PS - Lord knows I'm trying on the marrying front! (well, the G.F front for a kick off, anyhow)

I don't get the no gf part either. Anyway, your B&S looks SOO good. I have some cabbage from my farm share in my fridge. Maybe I'll give it a go.

Scargosun, let me know if you did the B&S!

Top Bubble & Squeak action Old Man, looking forward to your next installment of Culinary Adventures. B has a top recipe for Leek and Pot soup (with actual leeks naturally) which is a thick broth, guaranteed to keep you warm through these cold winter nights, unless your latest GF sortie avoided Mr. Tong.

Hublander! Great that you visted. I can foresee consistency on the GF front for a bit!

Actual leeks, of course - ha ha!
