Hi Saz,
You can set up a remote blog address within the settings of your Blog, and once you have done that you can compose an email on your phone and then send it the the Blog remote address and it will post on FFF. That's what I did with mine for Spain.I just googled your Tocco phone and it should be fine for this function.
